On 16th of March, the first workshop about the concepts of architecture in Germany was held by Mr. Ing. Osama Salti (hyperlink the name http://www.osamasalti.com/). Mr. Salti is a scientist at University of Kassel in the Faculty of Architecture. Furthermore, he is the founder and CEO or Atelier LISA (hyper link please http://atelisa.de/), an Architecture company in Kassel. In the workshop, Mr. Salti explained the following points:

• Provide detailed information on the study of civil engineering and architecture in Germany and its various disciplines, the differences between them, compared with the countries of the Middle East, especially Syria.
• The definition of labor laws governing the disciplines and the difference between them, fields and specialties of work, qualifications usually required in the German market.
• Preparation of participants to apply for study or work in engineering disciplines.
• Amendment of foreign certificates in Germany.

More than 17 people attended this workshop from all over Germany. The workshop was held in German/English languages. The DSFG e.V. has provided lunch and beverages for all participants. The workshop was free for all participants.
