Erasmus Mundus scholarship for the integrated Master’s programme

This is a scholarship from the European Union for a Master’s degree program (minimum 12 months and maximum 24 months).
The student completes their studies in at least two countries or universities and, upon completion of the semesters, receives a combined degree from the group of universities (main university, coordinating university, and participating universities).
Students apply depending on the classification of their country of residence.
Countries are divided into Programme Countries, which include EU Member States whose universities participate in the program, and countries outside the EU.

There are also partner countries, from which 75% of the places are allocated to applicants. These include countries in Asia and the Middle East.
The application period for the scholarship begins between November and December and ends on a date that varies depending on the program.
The scholarship funding includes full tuition fees, comprehensive health insurance, and:

  • A settling-in fee of 1,000 euros will be paid in the first month.
  • A monthly scholarship of 1,000 euros for the entire duration of the study.
  • Travel costs between universities range between 2,000 and 3,000 euros, depending on the distance.

The scholarship is applied for directly through the program’s website, without requiring university admission. A maximum of three applications are permitted. Each program has a short name.
For example:
Programme name: European Public Health.
Short program name: EPH+ / Europubhealth.

The applicant must register an account on the respective program’s website, complete the registration form, and upload the required documents (translated and duly certified). These may vary depending on the program and generally include the following:
  • A bachelor's degree in a subject that meets the requirements of the chosen program of study.
  • High school diploma.
  • A language certificate that corresponds to the required certificate type and has the necessary grades to meet the minimum qualification.
  • Cumulative GPA is attached to the transcript.
  • European style CV Europass.com.
  • Letter of motivation and two letters of recommendation.
  • A copy of a current residence permit.
  • A copy of a valid passport.
