Executive Coordinator – Mentoring Team (Volunteer)

Role Overview:
The Executive Coordinator supports the Mentoring Team by organizing mentorship cases, coordinating communication between mentors and mentees, and ensuring that mentoring activities run smoothly. The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a collaborative volunteer environment.
Main Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage mentorship cases within the Mentoring Team
– Facilitate communication between mentors and mentees
– Track progress and ensure mentorship activities are properly documented
– Support the mentoring team with administrative and coordination tasks
– Help ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-up on mentorship activities
– Collaborate with other team members to improve mentoring processes
Required Skills:
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on cases
– Good teamwork and collaboration skills
– Reliability and attention to detail
– Basic administrative and coordination abilities
Qualifications:
– Experience with applying to European universities / scholarships is preferred
– Basic understanding of online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams)
– Previous experience in coordination, mentoring, administration, or volunteer work is an advantage
Commitment:
Volunteer position with flexible hours depending on mentoring activity. In most cases between 4 – 8 h/w
